Lean Concepts has launched a simulation tool originating in the USA, and which also is used in the University of Michigan program for Lean Certification. The simulation tool exemplifies in a practical and unique way how the Lean philosophy improves workflow and eliminates waste.
Using the tool to introduce Lean thinking to top management, and introduction to key staff in larger organisations to fully appreciate the implications of using Lean methods, has proven to be an excellent way of application.
