In October and November 18 different pilot projects will be carried out throughout the country in order to on one hand acquire first hand experience and on the other to get support from those who already have experienced practical implementation of Lean thinking and methodology. The first nine pilots have included a broad variety of areas such as emergency ward, carrying out operations, neonatal care, to cleansing. Results have already been much talked-about in a very short time.
Consulting
Our support consists of a combination of formal training sessions and hands-on implementation assistance. Through this "train the trainer" approach a learning is achieved that within a short period of time makes your organization self-sufficient and minimizes consulting support.Read more
Education
In our effective training events designed as workshops you can practice various Lean "tools" in simulations. Training is offered as open sessions in swedish only, but both english and swedish as on-site trainings.Read more
