Challenge your processes

Dramatically increase productivity through everybody’s commitment.

To achieve this you need to be able to challenge both your physical and mental processes. Lean is primarily a management philosophy, or a business concept if you wish, including a number of principles and methods. The philosophy, principles and methods lead to a very powerful systematic continuous improvement work, where everybody’s commitment and participation is a prerequisite.

Lean is a way of achieving more with less resources, creating an organization that responds to greater flexibility with shorter lead time and where the focus is on the customer, both external and internal.

The principles and the opportunities are applicable irrespectively of industry or type of activity. It is all about “learning to see” and elimination of all various types of waste that is built into our systems, and to look at what is value creation for the customer.

In principal, all organizations have major underutilized potentials. Now we have got to make use of it, and to stop the trend whereby all too many slip behind as it concerns long-term profitability and competitiveness.

The key for success is to start a process whereby the knowledge and ideas of all employees is fully utilised, and driven by a Lean philosophy.
Positive result will be achieved immediately.
