Management Support/Coaching

Our senior consultants have extensive local and international experience from senior management positions and consultancy on organizational development tasks.
Use of external mentoring and management coaching is an option that is used far too seldom by management at various levels. To share experiences with someone from the outside focusing on key issues facing them in their day to day operations is considered a very efficient way of improving your leadership abilities.

Our approach is to support our customers in becoming Lean practitioners as quickly as possible. Before development of an organization working with continuous improvements, there are several issues and challenges management and leaders will have to consider. Some of the questions are best answered with the help of an experienced outsider with whom new ideas can be challenged.

This includes:

• Acting in a supportive role to senior management and the leadership team
• Carrying out systematic and customized training on the roles as Lean- and value stream-manager
