Some reflections from previous attendees!

Lean Introduction

  • Very good and interesting day. It is great that one can get so much out of that short time. I wish more people would get acquainted with these thoughts.
  • As with many issues, the more one gets familiar with a subject the more humble one becomes in front of the task
  • Feels like this is a way that really could work
  • Many good thoughts have been awakened within me
  • The course has been very good; it has given me a better understanding and made me interested in getting even more knowledge
  • Lean Introduction exceeded my expectations

Basic training

  • Very good course! I like that the philosophies came through in sucha good way. The pedagogy was probably coaching because I do not feel that the philosophies were trained in, I got myself to understand and become "friends with my thoughts".
  • The course has brought me many steps forward in a short time.
  • Good combination of lectures and practical sessions.
  • Got me thinking about introducing lean.
  • Good with practical knowledge about VSM.
  • A lot to take home, much to ponder and to test.

Lean management

  • Good with both theory and practical work.
  • The course twist and turn many of our own values on the success of change implementation. GOOD!
  • Has great confidence in you and your company, it gives alot to hear your thoughts and listen to your experience.
  • An understanding of lean has increased, good with practical exercises.

A3-management

  • It is rare that I give full credit for an education, but in this case I do.
  • As you see, as usual, top marks.
  • I've got another useful tool.
  • Great! Came att just the rigt time in my/our process. I feel fully ready to move on.

Lean Sensei

  • A good day with time for one's own creativity and the possibility to make others grow, THANK YOU!
  • I felt engaged during the entire day, no downperiod - good marks I think
  • Course/education that had the alignment that I wanted to have within the Lean work
  • Very useful description of coaching, that I have tried earlier. Very good learning and answers from the instructors. Good and intensive day.
  • A very inspiring day that has been motivating to directly use in operations and test this.
  • A energy "boost", increased inclination to coach and inspire my co-workers and others in operations
