Consulting
Our support consists of a combination of formal training sessions covering the basic philosophy of "Lean thinking", and hands-on implementation assistance. This way we achieve an efficient "train the trainer" effect, and a learning that within a short period of time makes the organization able to be self-sufficient and avoid extensive outside consulting support.
Education
In our effective training events designed as workshops you can practice various Lean "tools" in simulations. Training is offered as open sessions in swedish only, but both english and swedish as on-site trainings.
